References: This came out of the beaches discussion, but I changed the subject line so it would make it past your KILL files :-). I don't go anywhere figuring I can turn the rest of the world off. Do you? If I go to the beach, to a bar, or even to a library, I figure someone may approach me with a question or comment. Am I a fool? If I didn't want to be approached I'd just wear a walkman. Always. About the beach, obviously the men who didn't leave after the first no were wrong. Perhaps we have a small amount of compassion for them since 1) they were acting in a manner that sociaty approved of not that long ago, and 2) their behavior is, in the end, their own reward. As far as the man who asked and then left, it seems that he is only guilty of poor judgement. Peter B
