In repsonse to Jerry Bakin, I suggest the following addition to Larry Capriani's list. The journal of the Society for Medical Decisionmaking, "Medical Decision Making." Also, the SMD is having a conference Nov. 28-30 in Bethesda, Maryland. AI, cognitive models, and computer assisted decisionmaking, are three of the topics to be covered. Since, none of us have the time to read all the appropriate journals, I, like Jerry, would like to see conference info. and article or journal recommendations posted here. Finally, anybody out there got a list of companies doing work in AI? In particular, I am interested in companies doing work in medically oriented AI.
