Forgive me if this isn't appropriate for this newsgroup but I was wondering
what people knew about an eliza-like conversation program (based, I believe,
on an expert system) called 'Rachter'.
I remember reading about it some time ago in Sci Am, but my knowledge of
the field at that time was minimal ad I can't locate the article again. If
anyone has worked with the program and could send me mail (or post, if
appropriate) info about this system, I'd be appreciative.
Additionally, does anyone know where the program is available and for which
systems?
