I'm going to be reviewing expert system software that runs on
MS-DOS systems. I know about:
Personal Consultant Plus Texas Instruments
Xi Expertech
EXSYS Exsys
Expert-Ease Human Edge Software
REVEAL McDonnel Douglas
ES/P Advisor Expert Systems International
TIMM-PC General Research
M.1 and KS-300 Teknowledge
Lightyear Lightyear
(though I'm not going to review all of them; in fact, not all
of them are really "expert systems".) I'm interested in other
systems that you've used or heard good things about. (I'd also
like to hear comments, good and bad, about expert systems
you've used, but that's relatively incidental.)
Please *mail* your comments to ihnp4!lznv!psc; if my path
appears as ...!ihnp4!lzwi!psc, mail "by hand" instead of
replying. If you want to post on this topic, please do so only
to net.micro.pc, not to the other groups.
Why I posted this to net.lang.st80: I've heard some people at
Stanford are doing interesting things with expert systems in
Digitalk's Methods (a Smalltalk-like system). If you're
involved with that, or know who is, please send mail; I'd like
to talk.
Thanks in advance. . . .

(*sigh* ihnp4!lzwi!psc does *NOT* work!!! Use above paths.)
