Subject: Re. arguments against Creationism

Hi. I happen to believe an infinite personal God who has spoken in the
Bible DID create the world but a good place to look for information is a
book by Paul Davies called God And the New Physics. He comes down on the
side of those who do not believe in my kind of God. However, he gives a
clear statement from the point of view of modern physics and is not dogmatic
about it. He sees more weight of evidence to explain the world without
recourse to a God than with. Anyway I enjoyed the book and learned alot.

Often I have found anti-creation books and articles too shrill- just like
they say the creationists are (and sometimes they ARE). Anyway good luck
on your assignment.

If you are interested in something from the other side of a philosophical
nature for your own study (that is, Yea God) try some books by Francis
Schaeffer, The God Who Is There and He Is There And He Is Not Silent.

Regards,
