[net.college] Course conflicts

As long as various methods of dealing with course conflicts are
	being discussed - here's one.

At the University of Waterloo (math faculty), they group a bunch
of profs together and stick them in a room (called "Mathstart").
The student is supposed to look up the master timetable and find
a way to juggle his/her timeslots to resolve the conflict. The
student then goes up to Mathstart and gets a signature, and hence
	the class.

I realize that this does not help the student with an
unresolvable conflict. Neither does it involve any preventive
maintenance to stave off the conflicts in the first place. But
at least it's better than running your ass off around a big
	campus.
