Must have a SAT total of ~1300, rank top 10%, recommendations help a great deal. Grad: above ~3.75 GPA for Penn. (GRE's not required) All others, ~3.7, top 10% GRE in everything except maybe the analytical portion. Recommendations are extremely important. The comments are entirely personal!
