[net.college] Why Force AT&T at UVM?

No one has mentioned the repair issues involved with requiring students
to buy one type of computer.  A computer does break down, and when it does
a student needs a fix immediately.  By limiting support to one or two
machines, the University can provide good service.  At my school, 
the Computer Center has solved the problem by limiting repair support 
to the Mac and the IBM PC.
