I just printed out a listing of all the newsgroups, and found this one. DESCRIPTION: College, college activities, campus life, etc. Aren't there a lot of college students on the net that might provide interesting discussions on this net? Seems this could be a fun newsgroup. e college student"; though I'm 19, I work full-time for Bell Communications Research. The "college" part of me comes from attending Rutgers University Monday - Thursday, AFTER work, and I like to get into the "college scene" as much as your full-time student (i.e, parties, football games, ski clubs, etc.) So let's have some discussion! I'm eager and ready, but don't know what kind of topics have been previously discussed. Who'll REALLY start the ball rolling? Micci Dennee Bellcore Red Bank, NJ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ And then there was that wild Sigma Kappa (among others) Tailgate party before the Rutgers vs Richmond game... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I'm here also.... here being te University of Viriginia.... for kicks, here are some possible topics for discussions: 1) Our engineering school just celebrated our 150th year, being the 4th oldest besides West Point, RPI and some other one... 2) Our football team just gave up any hope of a bowl appearence by chomping hard against N.C STate 3) Our unelightened school doesn't yet have a Fall Break, but we will next year. (That's right... we go from August 27 straight through till turkey time.... doesn't that sounds like fun??)
