Here is an article from Purdue's Exponent... ------------------------------------------------------------------ DOS notifies 80 students of Olympics-related action Notices of disciplinary action are now being sent to all students identified as participating in the Nude Olympics, according to Dean of Students Barbara Cook. About 80 students will receive the letters asking them to make an appointment with the DOS office, according to a University news release. Most students will be charged with violations of university regulations against lewd, indecent or obscene conduct, Stephen Akers, executive associate dean of students, said in the release. Cook says meetings between the University and the students will begin either today or next week. The disciplinary hearings are expected to be completed in about three weeks. The University plans to discipline students on an individual basis, Cook says. The four possible disciplinary actions are probation, probated suspension, suspension and expulsion. Approximately 70 of the involved students will also be disciplined by the residence-halls system, according to the release. One of the possible disciplinary actions is the terminationof the student's housing contract. -- Craig Norborg (aka Doc Pierce) Uucp: { decvax, icalqa, ihnp4, inuxc, sequent, uiucdcs }!pur-ee!pucc-i!aic { decwrl, hplabs, icase, psuvax1, siemens, ucbvax }!purdue!pucc-i!aic USnail: 910 N. 9th street Lafayette IN 47904
