[net.med] contact lense survey results

Thanks to everyone who sent me contact lense info in response to my
request in net.med.  I will be summarizing the results soon, but the
summary looks to be short and sweet -- it looks like EW (extended
wear) lenses are going to win by a score of about 20-1!!!!!

I will also pass on additional info about EW lenses in the summary.

Be patient, I are pretty busy!!!!
