Does anyone out there in net-land know what the percentage body-fat content is for body-builders. (eg. Mr. Universe) An average male is supposed to have around 10 percent but I have heard that a body-builder, which get most of his shape through diet, has only 1 percent body-fat. I would like to know whether this is true and if so, where is the proof? Please reply via mail Dave Johns (I can guess as well as the next guy so please, no guesses.)
