I received the following inquiry regarding my coffee (caffeine)
consumption at the time that I suffered a heart attack and was suffering
from arthritis:

How much coffee, etc were you consumming/day to
	bring on those effects?

To the best of my recollection my coffee schedule went something
like this:
1 cup at home or at work first thing in morning
	1 cup at morning break
1 cup in morning after break
1 or 2 cups at lunch
	1 cup at afternoon break
1 cup in afternoon after break
1 or 2 cups with supper at home
total: 7 to 9 cups a day (average weekday)

However, I started to experience a gradual increase in arthritic
symptoms before I got on this schedule. Previously I was usually a tea
drinker until I experienced indigestion from tea and switched to coffee.
I didn't think that this rate of consumption was unusual because I assumed
like many others that coffee really wasn't harmful.
