I recommend "The  Natural  Way  to  Super  Beauty"  by  Mary  Ann
Crenshaw,  available  in  health  food  stores.   See also "Sugar
Blues" (I forget the author).

What's a mother to do?  Cook from scratch as  much  as  possible.
Avoid  processed  or "convenience" foods.  Teach your children to
read labels and be suspicious of everything in  the  supermarket.
Raise  a garden; get them hooked on fresh, unadulterated produce.
Teach them to question the "experts", to do their  own  research,
trust their own senses and think for themselves.
