I am looking for some low-level references on hallucinations:
what external factors can cause them, what states of consciousness people having
them are in, and what happens in the brain that causes hallucinations?
I don't really know anything about the topic, so am not really aware of the
state of human knowledge on this area.
Could somebody point me to some easy to read books or articles that would
explain those things to me.
