:-) My sweetheart said that I remind him of a turtle that has been flopped over on it's back. You know, with it's little legs waving in the air. (-: Actually, I can't lay on my back very long. It seems to put me into the wrong position for keeping things where they should be. After about 5 minutes, my back and leg starts to hurt. I am getting tired of being on my stomach, but it's the only thing that is comfortable. It seems that the cast is holding me into an effective position. As I had mentioned, I can still notice some movement of the pelvis. I have been finding that if I sort of hook my left foot under the right foot, and gently push the right foot into the top of my left foot, it moves my right pelvis back into position. I have also tried hooking my left foot over my right heel and gently pushing the right foot towards the left foot. I am not sure which of these maneuvers is the most effective, but they both seem helpfull. I also try keeping a light pressure against the inside of the cast. Seems odd that the pelvis can still move out of place with me all wrapped up like this, but it does. Even with me laying on my stomach. I know that my efforts ARE doing some good, though. The back of my right leg doesn't hurt if I keep the pelvis in the right place. I find that at this point, my consentration is shot and I haven't been able to study. I hope that I can overcome that. I have some hacking that I want to do. Annadiana Beaver A Beaver@Tektronix Q Q "Face piles of trial with smiles.
