P.C. in a "medical title" has nothing to do with that title.
P.C. means professional corporation. The doctor has incorporated,
that is formed his own corporation, to take advantage of the financial
benefits and the legal protection offered by such a move. Especially
these days, the protection against personal liability in a malpractice
suit is shielded by the more by the corporation.
