Steve - I tried sending this by reply mail, but it burped. My apologies to the rest - Tom Buckley. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To: ihnp4!mhuxn!mhuxr!ulysses!allegra!mit-eddie!genrad!panda!talcott!harvard!bbnccv!sdyer Subject: Re: Herbal Speed Steve, I have been taking gurana on and off for a couple of years. I also drink a lot of coffee from time to time. The 'high' I get from each of them is as different as night and day. I've heard all along that gurana is nothing but caffiene. Others have said that the properties of gurana depend upon whether it is processed or raw. My question is, if gurana is caffiene, why isn't the buzz the same as coffee? My 'high' from gurana is a subtle energy lift that does nothing to my nerves, and even makes me more mentally alert, at least more able to concentrate when reading. Coffee does just the opposite. Anyway, can you enlighten me? Tom Buckley AT&T Information Systems ihnp4!drutx!trb (303) 538-3442
