thie month's american health has a short note about a new surgical procedure (short and less painful) that has been used at johns hopkins to treat sinusitus. they put a little endoscope into the nose and cut out a small piece of the "ethmoid sinus tissue". does anyone know about the details of the surgery and when it will be available in the new york area? does anyone out there have any experience with other types of surgery? i started getting sinus infections about 2 years ago (about a year after i had surgery to correct a deviated septum) and average about a cold a month. danny chen ihnp4!hou2b!dwc
