[net.med] Medical/Russian Joke

Some people may already know of my fondness for humor originating in
the Eastern bloc:

At an internation medical conference, a group of physicians shared
their experiences informally between the delivery of the scholarly papers.
The French physician lamented, "Our problem is that we successfully
treat the patient's rheumatism, yet he dies from cancer."
A Canadian physician agreed, "The same thing happens inour practice.
We cure a man of jaundice and he dies of a heart attack."
The Soviet physician angrily interjects: "Everything you say is
nothing but bourgeois ambivalence. We, in the Soviet Union, treat our
patients for, say, pneumonia, and I can assure you that they die from
pneumonia!"
