A good approach to medical subjects such as this is to look in INDEX MEDICUS, in your nearest medical library for the subject heading, look up the recent papers there and then use the bibliographies on those papers to find the most significant older papers. If you have medline access, this is another means of getting the most recent papers. Book chapters, while less up to date will have more extensive bibliographies.
