Is needing more than 5 hours sleep really considered excessive??? If so about 85% (at very rough estimate) of the people I know need 'excessive' sleep. Personally, I find I need 7 hours in the summer and 7-1/2 in the winter, and always thought that was average/normal. How has it been deter- mined that over 5 is excessive, or, conversely, that one should only need up to 5 hours? According to whom? E.A.Clayton ...decwrl!dec-rhea!dec-nisysg!clayton
