[net.med] little paper disease

Surprise, surprise. It seems that medical doctors have long been
taught that patients who write done their symptoms are neurotic. Now a
reliable study has found that these people are NOT neurotic; they are
(surprise) simply more organised than most. Isn't this the tops in egotism?
If we organise hypotheses we are logical, if we organise our bank accounts
we are orderly, if we organise our dang-napped shopping lists we are purely
practical, but if we organise something related to our health & longevity
we are neurotic. Don't they realise that there are intelligent (shock!)
non M.D.s?
