[net.med] Here's what happens if you take too much vitamin D.

They put vitamin D in milk because vitamin D helps you absorb
the calcium and other minerals from the milk. Up to a point,
the more vitamin D you take, the better you absorb minerals.
I don't advise overdosing on vitamin D. You may just walk out
your front door and absorb the sidewalk one day. Besides, once
you're dead and you're buried, you may absorb the gravestone.
Take vitamin D, but don't over do it.
