I would like to know what can cause such a condition?? With me, it's tension. And I'll always be grateful to the friend who suggested repeating "my hands are relaxed and warm" as a corrective. He passed this to me as a fix for persistent headaches, but it works for chilly extremities, too. I passed it on to a friend who had incapacitating migraines, BTW, and he reported that it almost always worked if he got started on the relaxation and mantra the INSTANT he noticed that a migraine was coming on. Could someone better informed than I post a note about biofeedback in migraine management? All I know is that I've seen it work... STella Calvert Every man and every woman is a star.
