[net.med] Cold Hands, Headaches, and a Question

With me, it's tension.  And I'll always be grateful to the friend who
suggested repeating "my hands are relaxed and warm" as a corrective.

He passed this to me as a fix for persistent headaches, but it works
for chilly extremities, too.

I passed it on to a friend who had incapacitating migraines, BTW, and
he reported that it almost always worked if he got started on the
relaxation and mantra the INSTANT he noticed that a migraine was
coming on.

Could someone better informed than I post a note about biofeedback in
migraine management?  All I know is that I've seen it work...
