I am starting to believe that I have some food allergies. I already know that I am allergic to many inhalants (cats, dogs, pollens, dust, molds, the list goes on and on) so it doesn't seem inconceivable that I'm also allergic to some foods. The symptoms are far from obvious - mostly indigestion and gas. But they sure are uncomfortable! And this is coming from someone who could eat ANYTHING in college. Now, well, forget it. I suspect milk, wheat and eggs. The milk is the biggie. Does anyone have any recommendations on testing for these allergies? (I'm told testing for food allergies is not the same as testing for inhalants, which makes sense.) How about treatment? I know I should avoid the things I'm allergic to, but I don't want to have to swear off ice cream forever (what a horrible thought!). Thanks for any help! Sharon Badian ihnp4!mtgzy!seb
