	There has been some talk about calcium supplements in this
group, so I thought I'd post a list of foods that are good sources
of calcium and that aren't dairy products (for those of us who
can't drink milk).

salmon		turnip greens 	soy
sardines	broccoli	oat flakes
shrimp		cabbage		buckwheat
clams		carrots		cream of wheat
crabmeat	parsley		whole wheat
oysters		watercress	brown rice
cod		romaine		carob flavor
haddock		summer squash	figs
kelp		onions		molasses
chick-peas	pistashios	maple syrup
collard greens	sesame seeds	eggs
