I think you're wrong. Having had troubles (once) with this I can say quite authoritatively that the little things like to find their way in and I doubt you want to attempt to apply yogurt there. The right answer is most likely; a) avoid intercourse while your SO is treating an infection b) if you must or feel horribly worried use a condom or (better) stop worrying so much c) if you do develop an infection it is somewhat unpleasant* but take comfort throughout that the treatment is very effective, symptoms were gone for me in about 24 hours, another good reason to not worry a whole lot about it. I was told it's quite uncommon to get infected thusly, I'd be surprised if more than a handful of net readers ever have even heard of this malady in men before it came up here on the list.
