There is a line of Telidon PLP-compatible PDI decoders made by Norpak Ltd. 10 Hearst Way Kanata, Ontario, CANADA K2L-2P4 (613) 592-4164 including the TLD-TER3.1, an RS232 in - RGB out, single board unit.
