[net.graphics] PLOT10 to Tek 10xx library wanted

I'm looking for C source for a PLOT10 subroutine library.  The library
should produce codes for the Tektronix 4006,10,12,14 series or emit
some sort of device-independent code for which a plot filter to the
Tektronix is available.

I am not up on these things, so even if this stuff is "well known" I
probably need to be made aware of it.  It need not be free.

Please reply to me, I will relay the responses to the requestor and, if
interest warrants, summarize for the net.
