Does anybody know where we can find an NTSC (Commercial TV) to RGB
converter and the inverse? We have three digitizers for our Grinnell
frame buffer but the best source of color pictures is off the air
which uses NTSC format. Also we would like to be able to store
color images on a VCR so we need to go from RGB to NTSC.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
