[net.graphics] Uhhm, area vs. ngon fill

The reduction of polygon fill to area fill depends on having an adequate set
of intensities.  It won't work on a bit map or a device with low colour
resolution.  If you've got a standard frame buffer with lots of colours
then the reduction works fine.  In any case, my point was that it
just ain't true that polygon fill is inherently more
complex (both theoretically and practically) than area fill.
