[net.graphics] PLOT33 for MS-DOS/8086

On SIMTEL20 there is a PLOT33.LBR that appears to
do the same things as plot(3) in UNIX but under CP/M.
Question is:  Has anyone converted this graphics library
for use under MS-DOS?
