Is anyone out there interested in an Ikonas/Adage User's Group Meeting at SIGGRAPH '85? Contact: Keith McVicar Sikorsky Aircraft, Dept. CAD/M Stratford, CT 06602 (203) 386-5196 Keith has been trying to generate some interest and activity over the past year with very little success. There has been one newsletter mailed out some time ago. There was also a fairly useful user meeting at SIGGRAPH last year. Basically, what is needed is some users willing to talk and write about what they are doing. He has tenatively scheduled a meeting for Wednesday of SIGGRAPH week at 5:30. Perhaps there really is not any interest or perhaps the right people just have not been contacted. I suspect that nothing much happens this year then no additional effort will be made. So if you think Ikonas/Adage RDS-3000 user's would benifit from a meeting and would be willing contribute, contact Keith at the above address. We bought SOLID-3000 and FSS-3000 but have not implemented them under UNIX. Has anyone out there solved this problem? Does anyone have any programs for the RDS-3000 bit-slice processor they are willing to share?
