Are there any implementations of the CORE standard for VAXen and 4.2BSD that are public domain or available for $$? If so, where; if not, why? Also, where can I read about PHIGS (Programmers Hierarchical Interface to Graphics)? Thanks. Gary Bishop Rm 4e626 AT&T Bell Laboratories Holmdel NJ, 07733 (201) 949-3557

Precision Visuals Incorporated, Boulder Colorodo, and Megatek both sell core based graphics packages. I believe both are available for un*x, though I am not sure which versions. Megatek's product is Template. Their world headquarters can be reached at (619)455-5590. Precision Visuals' product is DI-3000. Their number is (303)530-9000. Good Luck, Terry Poot Nathan D.
