[net.graphics] Relative plot_line in net.sources

The recently posted fractal curves require relative line plotting.
A version of plot.c for machines with only absolute line plotting
just went into net.sources.  It probably should be made even more
machine-independent, but I'm inexperienced at that sort of thing.

By the way, has a public domain graph(1) or plot(5) version been
done already, or am I making an almost-new wheel?
