I have a transcription of the first stuff you hear but it may
take days to find it. I know that part of it is
"give us your position...over."
"I am orbiting around the third planet of the star called the sun"
One interesting thing, there is another part of the song that has
the slowed down stuff. I think it is somewhere past the midway point.
I am almost positive (because it sounds exactly right) that it is
the first lyrics Jimi sings in the song. The last thing that you hear
on that slowed-down part is "may I land my kinky machine ?"
