[net.graphics] DR11B driver for 4.2 BSD

	We have a Tektronics 4115B graphics terminal which we wish to connect
    by dma (DR11B) to our vax but the only driver we can get (and have) is
    for 4.1 BSD.  Does anyone has a driver for 4.2 BSD or has done the
    modification to this driver before I dig into it and do it myself?
