I realize this may not be of general interest, but for those of you in a similar situation, I would be interested in hearing from you: Have you NOT received material purchased at SIGGRAPH '85 that you shipped via SEKO company? So far, it has been FOUR months since SIGGRAPH, when I shipped the full set of course notes back "home" (to work). Since then I have made dozens of calls and written letters containing complaints and requests inquiring about this shipment. From my conversations with the SEKO employees, I gathered they had set up a "special" person who handled SIGGRAPH problems, so I would guess I am not alone in this predicament. SIGGRAPH needs to know if this is a massive problem, so they can take appropriate actions or possibly assist in obtaining a timely (..smile..) resolution to this problem. Drop me a line.
