I am looking for implementations of the PHIGS (Programmer's Hierarchical Interactive Graphics Standard - I just heard of it, so hope this isn't too redundant). Specifically I am interested in implementations in C for the IRIS or SUN workstations. I would also be interested in comments on the wisdom of using this standard to integrate supercomputers with powerful workstations. I have a copy of the draft standard and the book from Template (Megatek). Template tells me that their first release in FORTRAN for the Megatek will be 1Q 86.
