		SIGGRAPH Educational Resource Grants

ACM/SIGGRAPH is pleased to announce a pilot program of resource grants
for computer graphics education.  Its goal is to support educators who
are prepared, motivated, and in a suitable setting to initiate
successful computer graphics courses or programs in any of the many
educational areas involving graphics, including the arts, computer
science, engineering, or applications.

This pilot program will provide: partial travel support to the SIGGRAPH
'86 Conference in Dallas, Texas, August 18-22, 1986; attendance at the
two-day Introduction to Computer Graphics course held at the conference
August 18-19; and selected educational materials including SIGGRAPH
video reviews and slide sets for use in course development.  The total
grant package will come to over $1000 for each grantee.  Applications
are due on or before May 1, 1986 with awards announced by July 1.  For
