Here are the coordinates in the Mandelbrot set for a nice prickly thing which is to be found in the spike which seperates the large area of the Set from the first circular lobe. There are also several beauty spots within and near it. 1) Spike Bottom Left Corner: -1.26 , 0.01 Length of side: 0.02 Maximum iterations: 256 2) Prickly thing in the spike Bottom Left Corner: -1.2548 , 0.0292 Length of side: 0.001 Maximum iterations: 256 If there is sufficient interest, I will post my favourite colour maps as well.
