Can anybody supply me the documentation on the enhanced graphics adapter from IBM? Or, please, give me an address where I can buy the necessary information. References in the U.S. are also welcome. Han Schaminee Philips, The Netherlands mcvax!philmds!han

A reasonable reference is Volume 2, Number 11 of the IBM Personal Computer Seminar Proceedings, November 1984 published by IBM ESD. Just write to IBM Corporation, Editor, IBM Personal Computer Seminar Proceedings, 4629, P.O.Box 1328 Boca Raton, FL 33432. PC Tech Journal, Volume 3 Number 4, April 1985 has a reasonably good article which culls a lot of its info from the above source. The ultimate reference is the IBM Technical Reference, Options and Adaptors. This is a three volume set, don't remember what it cost. Make sure that you mail in the included form which will get you a whole pile of updates. Glenn

I don't know where you can get the IBM documentation but there was an excellent article on how it operates and how you can program it in a special issue of the Byte magazine that was dedicated to IBM PC. The name of that issue was "inside the IBM PC" I think. It came out a few months ago. -- Amir H.
