[net.graphics] Better Raytrace output for IMAGEN printers

I have posted some better programs for printing the raytracing output
on IMAGEN printers to net.sources.  The programs use a halftoning technique
instead of the 16 grey level hack I was using before.  Because of the
inherent resolution limitations of a 300 dpi 2-color printer, the program
still does no better than 64 grey levels.

The output is pleasing, although I'm sure people can improve on what
I did (I could, if I had the strength to keep on grinding at it :-) ).
