[net.graphics] hp filter for leroy

We're using the leroy graphics package (originally provided by the
CIRES Computing Facility at the University of Colorado, Boulder) and
want to plot on a HP 7550A graphics plotter.  Does anyone have sources
for a filter that takes leroy output and puts out HP-GL, the language
understood by the 7550A?
