I have a hp2623 terminal which is very similar to the hp2621. However, the hp2623 has graphics capabilities and half-bright, underline, inverse-video, blinking display enhancement capabilities. I have been able to change the termcap to the point where everything works just the way I want it to except when I use gmacs (Gosling's emacs). When gmacs updates the mode line, say after scrolling through the file, the enhanced mode gets turned off after the last updated character thus leaving the rest of the mode line in un-enhanced mode. Can anyone explain to me how I can get the enhancement to work properly? Thanks. Andy Johnson ihuxw!johnson
