What's the scoop on all the different Emacs versions I see mentioned here? Are any versions in the public domain or otherwise real cheap? I don't think I could convince management to spend lots of money for another editor, but I'd love to have Emacs to try out. We run 4.1bsd on Vaxen (will go to 4.2bsd sometime).
