1. Bug reports should be sent to bug-gnu-emacs@mit-prep.ARPA if you're on the internet, or ucbvax!bug-gnu-emacs@mit-prep if you're on the UUCP net. If your mailer can't handle addresses with both !'s and @'s, try allegra!mit-eddie!bug-gnu-emacs. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SPECIFY WHAT VERSION YOU ARE RUNNING IN YOUR BUG REPORTS. Stuff posted to net.emacs gets to the maintainers, but not quickly or reliably. 2. I believe that the bug that osu-eddie!kk found was one that was fixed with GNU Emacs version (approximately) 13.1, so anyone running a newer version than that should have the fix. Version 13.1 was distributed about 3 weeks ago. The current version is around 14.10. People for whom getting new distributions is painful (e.g. those who must UUCP it over dialups) might want to wait for version 15, which should be ready in a week or so. I will probably post the GNUmacs news file when that happens. Version 15 runs on at least one 68000 box (under 4.2bsd) and incorporates various other fixes and hacks. Some people are trying to port it to the SUN workstation but I don't know what the latest scoop on this is. Paul Rubin phr@ucbernie (arpa) or ucbvax!ERNIE:phr (uucp) I'm using Andy Purshottam's account to post this; PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS ACCOUNT.
