[net.emacs] Another Distribution site for Gnu Em

	I have received a copy of GNU Emacs from encore.  I am willing 
	to supply copies on tape (1600 or 800). This is version 15.26.1.
	I think a newer version will be (is?) out soon.  If any one is 
	interested in the 15.26.1 version that I have send me some mail.
