[net.emacs] EMACS on MASSCOMP wanted

I would like information on available versions of EMACS for MASSCOMP,
particularly of non-licenced versions, and experiences with them.

Also, I would like customizations made to make EMACS look "simple",
that is easy-to-use for a new and occasional user.
